ClipVault1. About these terms
These terms apply to the ClipVault program and this website, both provided by PROJECTTEAMFORYOU (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using ClipVault you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not download or use it.
2. Using the program
You may download ClipVault and run it on computers you use or manage, personally or within your organisation, including deploying it through Group Policy or Intune.
- You may not distribute modified copies as if they came from us, or remove notices of where the program comes from.
- You may not use ClipVault to collect other people's data without their knowledge or permission, or in breach of any law.
- The program, its name and its logo remain ours. These terms give you no rights beyond the use described here.
3. Your data
Your clipboard history stays on your PC. We have no access to it and cannot recover it. You are responsible for backing up what you need, and for what you export or share.
4. Updates and support
The update check is optional. We may release new versions, change or remove features, or stop providing ClipVault. We are not obliged to provide updates or support.
5. No warranty
To the extent the law allows, ClipVault and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted operation and non-infringement. The security features reduce certain risks but cannot remove them; their limits are set out on the security page.

6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from using or being unable to use ClipVault or this website.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, or any liability that the applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection law, does not allow to be limited.
7. Third-party services
Links, ads and share buttons can take you to services we do not run. Their own terms and policies apply there.
8. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. A change is posted on this page with its effective date and applies from that date. If you do not agree with it, stop using ClipVault. A change that is to your disadvantage is posted 30 days before it takes effect; any other change, 7 days before.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any protection that the law of your country of residence gives you and that cannot be waived.
